In addition to great a la carte dining at The Fremont Bistro, we also offer our unique spaces for private parties.

Our Private Dining Room is comfortable and elegant for up to 40 people. Room rental begins at $400 per 3 hours in the fall, winter and spring. Higher prices apply during the busy summer months. To ensure excellent, flowing service, choices should be made off of our Fremont dinner menu and limited to three entrees per party.

A full buyout of The Fremont Bistro is available beginning at $1000, and we can be much more flexible on your menu because the restaurant belongs to you on this special day. The Bistro can accommodate up to 100 people comfortably for a cocktail party with heavy hors d'oeuvres, or up to 70 people for a sit-down dinner.

For a more casual option, the summer months bring outdoor dining to our beautiful garden area. The rental rate begins at $500 for 3 hours on weekdays and higher prices apply on the busy weekends. The garden holds up to 100 people and buffet service is strongly recommended.

The Tudor Pub, located upstairs, is also a great choice for casual gatherings and the room rental is quite affordable, starting at $200 for 3 hours. The atmosphere is fun and lively and the excellent food is reasonable priced. Check out the Pub culture at www.myspace.com/tudorpubtahoe.
